When I first saw these curved aspen trees online, I was fascinated by their unique shape. They seemed to be dancing, so people call these Curved aspen trees or Dancing Aspen Trees.
My strong curiosity made me want to see them with my own eyes. I started searching online for how to find these special trees. However, since photographers do not tell the specific location online in order to protect these crooked special trees, it took me a few days to know the approximate location based on limited information.
We drove here one afternoon in October last year. It had just started to clear up after a light rain. After we got off the car, we started looking for the specific location, and finally we saw them! There was no one else around, but a lot of the grass had been trampled, and it was obvious that many people had been here. The leaves of the special trees in this place have not turned to yellow, so I didn’t take any photos of the golden yellow leaves. After taking a few photos, suddenly the sunset’s light shone on the four trunks on the right. I immediately pressed the shutter, and I got this photo of tree trunks with two different colors.
From the information on the Internet, I learned that these trees were weighed down by snow when they were young, but they stubbornly grew upward to form such a posture.
