I can't believe I captured this intense scene unintentionally.
In May this year, we went to Silverdale, WA again to shoot the bald eagle. One morning, my camera captured a juvenile bald eagle holding a fish. I knew that other bald eagles might come to snatch the fish soon. Sure enough, an adult bald eagle soon flew over to compete for the fish. My camera kept tracking and shooting them flying to the tall pine trees nearby. When I returned to the room in the afternoon to upload the photos to the computer, I was completely shocked by the last few photos since I did not see them through the lens. In fact, the camera did not capture those two bald eagles fighting for the fish in the tree instead captured the rare and intense scene of other two adult bald eagles fighting. I have seen photos of bald eagles fighting, but I have never seen such a fierce fight that feathers were torn off and flew all over the sky, and their powerful wings are beating in brutal dance.
