On Christmas Day of 12/24/2017, our family came to Death Valley National Park. In the badwater basin, I finally saw the perfect hexagonal dry Salt Lake that I had been looking for 4 times but could not see. This is my fifth time to come here to looking for it. I remember when the first time I looked for it, I looked in the wrong direction. I walked a mile alone in the vast Death Valley and I did not find it. The sun began to set, and gradually the clouds in the sky began to turn red. After I found good spot, I waited for the most beautiful moment to arrive. Gradually the sky seemed to be on fire, becoming more and more intense. Then I pressed the shutter to record this unforgettable and magnificent sunset. When I left here, I found that I was the only one who took this shocking scene with a tripod this evening. Before every time I came here, I saw many photographers are using tripods to take photos.
